My posts have been lacking due to the death of my laptop and the disappearance of everything on it. Does anybody have a spare Apple they don't need? Anyway, more importantly, next week in Sydney Simon Denny will be opening his Introductory Logic Video Tutorial at Artspace. Some details so that you may go along. It will be great. Introductory Logic Video Tutorial SIMON DENNY 5 March - 10 April, 2010 Exploring the idea that formal philosophical logic determines validity on the basis of form without needing to know content, Denny will attempt to translate some logical structures to a video installation format, comparing the form of the medium to the form of an argument. During his residency period in Sydney, Denny is attending a course at the University of Sydney on introductory logic, which he will attempt to document by creating videos that teach small points that derive from the course. Halfway between a tutorial video and a videotheque, Denny's exhibition will also document Artspace's entire inventory of monitors serving as a record of the display hardware of the institution. The beautiful first run of Worthis bags have just been made available online. The first design being two-variations on a duffle bag — The Duffle Backpack and The Duffle Tote, both in a variety of three natural ikat colourways. Their bags have been designed exploring craft traditions to "create a bond between today and our past cultures by reintroducing diminishing practices into a modern context." All Worthis bags are individually hand crafted to order in Melbourne, using hand dyed and hand woven organic fabrics. Available HERE !

A very beautiful calender sent for the new year by my dear friend Tauba Auerbach. First month down and, as you can see above, a very busy schedule. If you are in London or Paris next week, do visit the consecutive What Where exhibits at one of Sutton Lane's spaces in each city. Thank you.
